You’ve probably heard of many companies throughout LA that handle roofing, and they often promise that they’ve seen it all. This is a statement that should instill confidence, however, it does imply a certain close-mindedness.
If a contractor enters the job with an unwillingness to accept they may encounter something new, then they are placed in a position: they won’t know how to handle special circumstances. This roofing company understands that no two jobs are the same. So, we don’t promise that we’ve seen it all, quite simply: we are prepared to provide the right solution for you, and at the right price.
Roofing Contractor Experience
We don’t pretend that we know the problem you’re experiencing before we’ve taken time to examine it. What we can tell you, though, is a few of the roofing repairs we have faced, including:
• Roof coatings
• Skylight installations
• Attic ventilation
Roof installation, replacement, or repair for residential or commercial properties
We are experienced in handling a range of roofing materials, from cedar shakes and shingles, to tile, and metal. We can even handle the single ply installation on a flat roof, too. No matter what the project, we are committed to providing you with a high level of service. Even if your job throws us a new challenge, we have a vast amount of experience that will assist us in handling it. Roofs suffer extensive wear and tear after being exposed to years of rain, wind, and intense sun. It isn’t always easy for homeowners to determine whether a roof is in need of replacement or repair.
Roofing Repair or Replace?
We employ a comprehensive checklist when we complete a roof inspection. When the following issues are found, it may indicate a need for replacement:
• Staining/sagging on the underside of roof decking
• Curled or cracked, worn missing tiles or shingles
• A multitude of leaks
• Excessive mold growth on the surface of the roof
• Streaking or stains on the exterior walls of the home
Most people don’t realize there is a roofing issue until their ceiling springs a leak. It’s at that point they call a contractor, by this time it could be too late to repair it. You shouldn’t make a judgement about your roof before consulting with NA Designs first. You should have your roof inspected every 3 years or so.
Do You Need a New Roof?
We can carry out a thorough inspection of your roof, and once it is complete we will provide you with a detailed report on the condition. It’s at that point that we work with you to determine whether you will need to replace your roof, or if we can handle it with a repair. At NA Designs we never pretend to have every answer. What we do promise is to employ our efforts into fixing an issue. With our experience, though, you can trust our ability to solve it.
